Internal & Client Workshops
Across several workshops, we generated hundreds of ideas to help raise awareness, solve issues such as tracking waiting times and inventories, and boost online, in-store, and post-purchase opportunities. We also held workshops to gain a better understanding of the client and their needs.
Customer Journeys
Our user research team captured snapshots of Les Schwab’s target audiences, and Strategy filled in the details. Based on this, I created two extensive customer journeys to show how Les Schwab can reach both current and potential customers. We merged the ideas generated from the innovation workshops with the customer snapshots to ensure we would target the right people with the right messaging.
